Fees and Payment

Certain aspects of our services may be subject to fees. By purchasing a subscription or any paid service, you agree to:

• Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Bobuhu Bogeji Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services

• Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the services shall be instituted in the courts of the Province of Ontario. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario and waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
